Whenever I find myself growing grim about the mouth; whenever it is a damp, drizzly November in my soul; whenever I find myself involuntarily pausing before coffin warehouses, and bringing up the rear of every funeral I meet; and especially whenever my hypos get such an upper hand of me, that it requires a strong moral principle to prevent me from deliberately stepping into the street, and methodically knocking people’s hats off–then, I account it high time to get to sea as soon as I can.

Can’t figure out what’s going on next door.  Happens frequently.  Sounds like a very calm beeping smoke alarm.  VERY loud.  It keeps changing in volume like he’s covering it with something, changes sounding like he’s walking around the apartment with it.  It’ll go for a minute, it’ll go for a single beep or two, 30 seconds…  It’s been going on for like an hour now and it doesn’t smell like he’s cooking so what the hell is going on?!

I ordered this little external battery for my phone, cheaper than the ones that plug directly in to the phone.  It’s more versatile too, basically can be used on anything USB.  It’s small, it’s light it has blue LEDs what else the hell do you want, right?

Well it would be nice if it worked.  It came in handy on Thursdays because I like to listen to the live @DHRadio special on EBM-Radio.com from work all the way around town before dinner.

It worked for about 8 days, doesn’t respond to the charger any more. I think the connector is loose from the board inside. Bastards. So I’m returning it for an exchange, we’ll try again.
